First Knights

First Line signers from Conclave to Conclave become a part of the exclusive First Knights group. Along with receiving a personalized polo shirt, these brothers will receive special treatment at all state events. This includes such things as first in line for meals, special food, front row seating, and other recognition.

Big Brothers

In order to mentor new members, SMC Brother Christian Pierce has started the Big Brother program. This program is designed to pair an older member with a new member to make sure that new member continues their involvement. The Big Brother will assist the new member in learning their obligations and ritual parts, making sure they are aware of Chapter and State activities and answering any questions the new member may have regarding DeMolay.
